Lauren Gurteen has been working as an English language teacher for severalyears in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Prior to this, she used to work inliterary publishing and marketing for worldwide organizations such asHarperCollins, Egmont and the BBC. She was awarded a BA Honors in English andClassical Studies at Nottingham University in 2005 and later completed her MA TESOLat Surrey University in 2018. She also has a CELTA and has almost completed herDELTA qualification. Besides this, she has a passion for Fine Art havingstudied a BTEC diploma at Surrey Institute of Art and Design in 2002 and a keeninterest in Counseling and Positive Psychology.
