杨庆，教授，博导，1979年出生于黑龙江哈尔滨，于哈尔滨工业大学获得学士及硕士学位，于北京工业大学获得博士学位。2009年进入北京工业大学环境与能源工程学院工作，是国家精品课程主讲教师，北京市课程思政教学名师，主要研究方向为污水生物处理，曾获北京市科技新星，北京市优秀人才等称号，现兼任中国土木工程学会水循环利用领域专家委员会委员、中国环境科学学会水处理与回用专业委员会常务委员、《北京工业大学学报》青年编委副主任委员等学术兼职。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划等多项国家及省部级科研项目，曾获国家科技进步二等奖、北京市教育教学成果一等奖等教学科研奖励20余项。

在行政管理方面，自2013年1月起，历任北京工业大学研究生院副院长、知识产权院副院长、教师学院副院长、国际学院院长等职务，有丰富的学生管理及行政事务管理经验。2018年、2021年曾获得北京市研究生教育先进工作者称号。

Yang Qing, professor and doctoral supervisor, was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang in 1979. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology and his Ph.D degree from Beijing University of Technology. In 2009, he joined School of Environmental and Energy Engineering, Beijing University of Technology. He is the lecturer of National Excellent Course and the outstanding teacher of Courses for Ideological and Political education in Beijing. His main research area is biological wastewater treatment. He won the titles of Beijing Science and Technology Rising Star and Beijing Excellent Talent. He is also a member of the Water Industry Branch of the China Civil Engineering Society-Expert Committee in the field of water recycling, a standing member of the Water Treatment and Reuse Professional Committee of Chinese Environmental Science Society and a deputy director of the Youth Editorial Board of the Journal of Beijing University of Technology. He has presided several National and provincial research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Key Research and Development Program. He has won more than 20 teaching and research awards, including the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of the Beijing Education and Teaching Achievement Award.

In terms of administrative management, since January 2013, he has served as the deputy dean of the Graduate School, the deputy dean of the Intellectual Property Institute, the deputy dean of the Teachers College and the dean of the College of International Education Beijing University of Technology. He has extensive experience in student management and administrative affairs management. In 2018 and 2021, he was awarded the title of Advanced Worker of Postgraduate Education in Beijing.
