张波，男，翻译，文学硕士，毕业于广东外语外贸大学国际会议传译专业，现任北京-都柏林国际学院党委副书记。

2013年至2014年，在美国马里兰大学帕克分校国际处担任项目主管，负责中国赴美研修团组项目管理及翻译陪同等工作。2014年，入职北京工业大学国际交流合作处，自2021起，担任国际交流合作处副处长，先后分管全球伙伴关系、师生国际项目以及“一带一路”专项工作等。

曾先后赴澳大利亚新南威尔士大学、英国诺丁汉大学、美国马里兰大学帕克分校等世界一流名校进修。拥有丰富的国际教育合作和跨文化交际工作经验，曾主持教育部中外语言交流合作中心国际中文教学实践创新项目1项，获北京工业大学优秀教育教学成果奖一等奖1项、二等奖1项。

Zhang Bo (Bob), Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Beijing-Dublin International College at Beijing University of Technology (BJUT), holds a Master’s degree in Conference Interpreting from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and a title of professional translator.

From 2013 to 2014, he served as a program manager in the Office of International Affairs at the University of Maryland College Park, managing the China-U.S. professional training programs from various sectors. He joined the BJUT International Office in 2014, and became the Deputy Director for Global Affairs & Programs in 2021.

He successively went to the University of New South Wales, the University of Nottingham, the University of Maryland College Park for short-term studies. Over the course of his career, he has gained extensive experience in transnational education cooperation and cross-cultural communication. He chaired 1 teaching & research project funded by the Center for Language Education & Cooperation of Ministry of Education, and was awarded 1 First Prize and 1 Second Prize of the BJUT Excellent Education & Teaching Achievements.
